Using In-Store Pickup
In-Store Pickup allows you to place an order online and pick it up in a store. This option can be selected when checking out online.
On the Order Summary screen, there is a section labeled "Shipping or Pickup?" Choose Store Pickup, select the area where the store you want is located, and click "Check Availability."
This will take you to a screen showing whether the items in your shopping cart are available in the location you selected or available in any nearby locations. Click "Pick Up at This Location" for the desired location with your items in stock.
If choosing the Store Pickup option, your order will be ready for pickup in the location you selected one hour after being submitted.
Orders for new activations must be picked up by the Account Holder. Picture identification and the credit card used for the purchase must be presented at the time of pickup. Orders are only available for pickup during store hours.
Please note that some promotional pricing offered online may only be available when an order is shipped and not available when using in-store pickup. If this is the case, the offer details will include "available when shipped."
You may be able to receive a credit toward the purchase of your new device purchase by trading in your existing phone, so take your current phone with you when picking up your new one. Please note that to receive discounted pricing, some promotional offers require you to trade in your existing phone at the time you pick up your new one.
To trade in your existing phone, it must be able to be powered on, it must have a working display screen and there must not be any liquid damage or corrosion. The phone's liquid damage indicator will be examined before the phone will be accepted for trade-in.
If you trade in your device, it becomes the property of C Spire and cannot be returned.
iPhone Users: If trading in an iPhone, please first turn off the Find My iPhone feature by going to Settings > iCloud > Find My iPhone.
