Use the following links to connect your device to Wi-Fi or reset the device to factory settings:

Connect to Wi-Fi:

  1. Navigate to Settings > General
  2. Select Network
  3. Select Wi-Fi
  4. Choose Wi-Fi from list
  5. Enter password for network

Reset to Factory Settings:

  1. Navigate to Settings > General > Reset
  2. Click Reset All Settings

Connect to Wi-Fi:

Windows 7:

  1. Click the Start button
  2. Click Control Panel
  3. In search box, search "network"
  4. Click Network and Sharing Center
  5. Click Set up a new connection or network
  6. Click set up a new network and click Next
  7. Follow wizard instructions

Windows 8:

  1. From the home screen, move mouse to the bottom or top right corner of the screen and select Settings
  2. Select the Wireless icon
  3. Select desired network
  4. Click Connect
  5. Enter password

Reset to Factory Settings

Windows 7:
*Will completely erase hard drive

  1. Back up important files and data
  2. Restart laptop
  3. When the Dell logo appears, press F8 several times
  4. Once Advanced Boot Options Menu opens, use the arrows to select Repair Your Computer
  5. Press Enter
  6. On the System Recovery Options menu, select a keyboard layout and click Next
  7. Login as Administrator
  8. Follow on-screen directions

Windows 8:
*Will completely erase hard drive

  1. From the home screen, move mouse to the bottom or top right corner of the screen and select Settings
  2. Click the Power button, then hold down the Shift Key and click Restart from the options provided
  3. After the system restarts, login and click Troubleshoot
  4. Select Dell Backup and Recovery
  5. After the system restarts, click Next on the Dell and Recovery Screen
  6. Follow on screen instructions

Reset to Default Settings:

  1. In the top-right corner of the browser window, click the Chrome menu
  2. Select Settings
  3. At the bottom, click Show Advanced settings
  4. Under the section "Reset settings," click Reset settings
  5. In the dialog that appears, click Reset

  1. Click the Start button

  5. Click Set up a new connection or network

  1. From the home screen, move mouse to the bottom or top right corner of the screen and select Settings
  2. Select the Wireless icon
  3. Select desired network
  4. Click Connect
  5. Enter password

Reset to Factory Settings:

Windows 7:

  1. Back up important files and data
  2. Restart Laptop
  3. On reboot, press F11 key
  4. When HP Recovery Manager displays, click Next and follow on screen instructions

Windows 8:
*Will completely erase hard drive

  1. Back up important files and data
  2. From Windows 8 home screen, search "Reset" and select Remove everything and Reinstall Windows
  3. Select Get Started under the Remove Everything and Reinstall Windows
  4. Follow on-screen instructions

Connect to Wi-Fi:

  1. Using HP Wireless Setup Wizard, on the printer's control panel press the Setup button
  2. Select the Network menu
  3. Select desired Network from list
  4. Enter passphrase

To connect printer using WPS:

  1. Start the WPS pushbutton mode on the printer
  2. Within 2 minutes, press the WPS button on your router

Reset to Factory Settings:

  1. Turn the product off.
  2. Disconnect the power cable from the product for 30 seconds and then reconnect
  3. Turn the product on while you press and hold the Resume button for 10-20 seconds
  4. Release the Resume button.

Connect to Wi-Fi:

Kindle:

  1. From homepage tap the menu icon
  2. Tap Settings > Wi-Fi Networks
  3. Select desired network
  4. Enter password

Fire Stick:

  1. From home screen select Settings > System > Wi-Fi
  2. Under Available Networks choose desired network
  3. Enter password

Fire Tablet:

  1. Swipe down from the top of the screen and tap Wireless
  2. Tap Wi-Fi
  3. Next to Wi-Fi tap On
  4. Choose desired network
  5. Enter password

Reset to Factory Settings:

Kindle:

  1. Click Menu button
  2. Select Settings
  3. Tap Menu again
  4. Select Reset to Factory Defaults and confirm

Fire Stick:

  1. From home screen go to Settings > System > Reset to Factory Defaults

Fire Tablet:

  1. Swipe down from the top of the screen and tap Settings
  2. Tap Device Options > Reset to Factory Defaults
  3. Tap Reset to Confirm

*This will wipe out hard drive

  1. Back up important files and data
  2. Deauthorize iTunes account
  3. Turn off FileVault (if you are using it)
  4. Sign out of iCloud
  5. Restart the Mac in Recovery Mode (hold down Command and R key during restart)
  6. Click on Disk Utility > Continue
  7. Select main volume and click Unmount then Erase
  8. Quit Disk Utility (Disk Utility > Quit Disk Utility)
  9. Click reinstall OS X and continue
  10. Follow instructions to reinstall

Reset to Factory Settings:

  1. Tap the Erase & Deregister Device on the Device Info screen
  2. Tap button labeled Erase & Deregister Device
  3. Tab button labeled Reset NOOK

  1. Confirm that an Ethernet cable is not connected to the PS3
  2. Select settings > Network Settings
  3. Select Internet Connection Settings
  4. Select Easy > Wireless
  5. Select Scan
  6. Choose Wi-Fi you would like to use
  7. Enter password
  8. Save Settings

Reset to Factory Settings:

  1. From home menu, go to Settings > Restore Default Settings
  2. Scroll down to and click System Settings

  3. Select Wi-Fi > Easy
  4. Choose desired Wi-Fi
  5. Enter Password

  1. Navigate to settings from home screen
  2. Select Network
  3. Select Wireless
  4. Your Roku will scan for connections
  5. Choose your network name from list
  6. Enter password for network
  7. Network's information will display on screen when the connection is successful.

Reset to Factory Settings:

Current players

  1. Navigate to settings > System > Factory Reset Everything
  2. Follow on-screen instructions

Classic Players

  1. Settings > Factory reset
  2. Follow on-screen instructions

Connect to Wi-Fi:

  1. Press menu on your remote
  2. Scroll to Network
  3. Set Network Type to Wireless
  4. Select Network Setup
  5. Choose desired network
  6. Enter password
  7. Select OK

Reset to Factory Settings:

  1. Make sure TV is turned off, but still plugged into the wall
  2. Using remote, press following buttons in exact order: INFO -- MENU - MUTE - POWER
  3. The TV will turn on and display the service menu. If it does not display the menu after 15 seconds, switch off the TV and try step 2 again.
  4. Press Options button
  5. Press Factory Reset Button
  6. Switch TV back on and begin the full setup process from the beginning

Connect to Wi-Fi:

  1. From the Internet Settings screen, select List Wi-Fi networks
  2. Choose desired Network
  3. Enter password and press Connect

Reset to Factory Settings:

Slingbox 500 and 350 users:

  1. Press and hold the reset button down until the Network light on the front panel flashes twice quickly (can take up to 60 seconds)

All other Slingbox users:

  1. Press and hold the reset button on the back of the Slingbox for 5 to 10 seconds

Once the Slingbox is reset, the Power light stays solid

  1. Navigate to Settings from home screen
  2. Select Network Settings
  3. Select Wireless Network
  4. Choose desired network
  5. Enter in password

Reset to Factory Settings:

  1. Navigate to Settings > System > Console Settings > System Info
  2. Write down serial number
  3. Go back to System Settings > Memory (Storage)
  4. Press "Y"
  5. Click Format > Yes
  6. Enter Serial Number
  7. Click Done

Connect to Wi-Fi:

  1. From Wii main menu, select "Wii" button
  2. Select Wii Settings
  3. Use arrow on right to find and select Internet
  4. Select Connection Settings
  5. Select "Connection 1: None"
  6. Select Wireless Connection > Search for an Access Point
  7. Select "OK" and choose correct Wi-Fi
  8. Enter password

Reset to Factory Settings:

  1. From Wii Home screen, navigate to Wii Settings
  2. Select Format Wii System Memory

Connect to Wi-Fi:

  1. From Wii U menu, select System Settings
  2. Select the Internet icon > Connect to the Internet
  3. Choose desired Wi-Fi
  4. Enter password
  5. After successful test connection, select "OK"

Reset to Factory Settings:

  1. Tap Settings button
  2. Navigate to Delete All Content and Settings
  3. Press A > OK
  4. Click Next > Delete Everything
