Service Agreement Term Lengths

C Spire Home Services requires various minimum lengths of time to have our Internet services. Our TV and Home Phone products, however, are offered on a month-to-month basis.

C Spire Fiber Internet

C Spire Fiber Internet requires a 24-month contract. We're investing substantial dollars in each customer's home by laying fiber optic cable that cannot be removed if a customer decides to end their service. The 24-month-contract length is to ensure C Spire is able to recoup our investment in a reasonable time frame. Customers that cancel their service are subject to early termination fees. C Spire Home Internet

C Spire Home Internet requires a 12-month contract. We are investing significant dollars into each neighborhood and individual home we deliver service to. This equipment, once installed, cannot easily be removed. Consequently, C Spire requires a 12-month commitment from our customers to ensure that we are able to recoup our investment in a reasonable amount of time. Customers that cancel their service are subject to early termination fees. Please refer to your Service Agreement for more information.

C Spire TV

C Spire TV has no contractual term lengths. You are free to add / remove services on a month-to-month basis but, please note that you must keep a service for a minimum of one full billing cycle (approximately 30 days).

Home Phone

C Spire Home Phone has no contractual term lengths. You can add services or options on a month-to-month basis but, please note that you must keep a service or option for a minimum of one full billing cycle (approximately 30 days).
