Making a Payment on Your Account
There are several convenient ways to pay your C Spire bill, whether you're online, on the phone or near one of our stores.
The fastest way to pay your bill online is by using Express Pay. You'll need to enter the last four digits of the account holder's Social Security Number and either your mobile number or account number. You'll then have the option to pay the full balance or a partial amount. Express Pay displays your balance but not your bill.
To view and pay your bill, register for or sign in to the My Account service. Click your name at the top right corner of the screen to access your My Account home screen. On your smartphone, click Manage Account from the menu. Once you have a My Account profile, you'll receive an email each month when your bill is ready to view.
You can make a one-time payment by clicking the PAY BILL link on your My Account home screen or you can set up automatic monthly payments through our AutoPay service.
Online, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, C Spire gift cards and electronic checks.
From your C Spire phone, dial #PAY (that's #729) to hear your balance and pay your bill using our automated system. Using #PAY bypasses a lot of the automated prompts to get you to the payment menu.
Of course, you can always call us at 1-855-CSPIRE5 (277-4735) or by dialing 611 from your C Spire phone.
Over the phone, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, C Spire gift cards and electronic checks.
We accept payments at any of our retail locations. There are convenient payment kiosks* where you can pay with cash, check and credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover).
