Setting up AutoPay with a Bank Account
AutoPay offers worry-free bill payment when you set up automatic payments to be charged to your debit or credit card, or deducted from your bank account each month. This information addresses setting up AutoPay using your bank account.
It may be helpful to have cspire.com open in another browser window so you can refer back to this information if necessary as you enroll in the AutoPay service.
To set up AutoPay, you'll need to sign in to the My Account service.
If you haven't done so, register to use My Account before setting up AutoPay.
With cspire.com open, look in the top right corner of your browser window. There you'll find two links you can use to access My Account: sign in and MY ACCOUNT.
After signing in to My Account, you may need to click your name in the top right corner of the screen in order to access your My Account home page. This is where you will set up AutoPay.
Once on the My Account home screen, click the SET UP AUTOPAY HERE button, located below your account balance.
Select the type of payment account to use for AutoPay and click the Start AutoPay button.
Provide the requested information, agree to the Terms and Conditions, and click Submit.
By reading the Terms and Conditions, you will notice that it can take up to two billing cycles for AutoPay setup to become effective. During that time, continue to pay your bill using another method.
Review the information for paying your bill using AutoPay. If correct, click Set as AutoPay Source.
You will see this message once AutoPay setup is complete..
