Registering for a My Account Profile

Registering for a My Account profile makes it easy to manage your account online by providing access to your bill, usage history, mobile numbers and devices.

With a My Account profile, you're authenticating yourself as a C Spire customer each time you sign in to our site. This means that when you want to do things like add a new line to your account or purchase accessories, you can bypass a lot of the process since we already know who you are.

Register for a My Account profile.

With cspire.com open, look in the top right corner of your browser window. There you'll find two links you can use to access My Account: sign in and MY ACCOUNT. Clicking either one will take you to the registration and sign-in screen.

My Account Sign-In

STEP 1

Enter your C Spire mobile number and click CONTINUE to begin the registration process.


We use your mobile number to verify your identity. After you register to use the My Account service, we will send you a text message containing a four-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN). You will need to enter this PIN in order to complete the registration process.

You'll see a truncated version of your name on the first line. (If this is not your name, please select the link "click here if this is not your information.")


Select a username and password for your account. Passwords must be between six and 20 characters and can only include letters and numbers. You can let us know if someone referred you to C Spire by entering his or her mobile number in the space provided.

My Account 3

If no one else on your account has registered to use My Account, you can select the Manage your Wireless account link and become what we refer to as the primary user on the account. As the primary user, you have access to information for all other users on your account.

If you opt to become the primary user on the account, you will enter the last four digits of your Social Security Number and select three security questions. This information will be used to further safeguard your account information should it become necessary.

If you're also a C Spire Fiber To The Home customer, you can select Manage your Fiber To The Home account with same username/password. By entering your Fiber To The Home account number, you will link your wireless and fiber accounts allowing you to receive a $10 monthly discount for having both services.

STEP 3

You can opt in to our PERCS rewards program by selecting Yes, I Agree. To skip, select No.

At this point, a text message with a four-digit PIN is being sent to the mobile number you used when you began registration. Once you receive the text message, enter the PIN here and click Finish.

You can now sign in to the My Account service and begin managing your account online.
