Checking Data Usage From Your Device

How much data do I have left?  How do I buy a Top Up Data Pass?

You can see how much data you have left by opening your device's browser and going to datapass.cspire.com.

To access this page from your device, you must be on the C Spire network. This means that if you're currently using Wi-Fi, you'll need to temporarily turn it off in order to check your data usage.

The image below shows what information will be displayed at datapass.cspire.com.

  1. Plan name
  2. Date that your monthly data resets
  3. Remaining data amount - This includes rolled-over data, if applicable.
  4. Available Top Up Data passes

If you need more data, you can either choose to use Wi-Fi until your monthly data renews on your next billing cycle, or you can buy a Top Up Data Pass. Just select the Top Up Data Pass amount and click OK. The charge for the Data Pass will be applied to your account.

datapass.cspire.com is not accessible from a computer.

Unused data from a Data Pass only rolls to the next month if you subscribe to a Rolling Data plan. If you don't subscribe to a Rolling Data plan, unused data from a Data Pass expires after 30 days.
