Stop Getting a Paper Bill

When you register to manage your account online, you can choose whether you would like to receive your bill by email or regular postal mail. You can also change this setting at any time. Here's how:

After signing in to your online account, look for the "Do" section on the right side of the page. Choose Edit Profile.

In the Account Information section, tap the Edit icon.

Next to Paperless Billing, tap Email or Postal Mail. Scroll to the bottom of the section and tap the Save Changes button. You'll then be notified that your account information has been updated.
