Published 11/07/2016 11:34 AM   |    Updated 12/01/2016 11:34 AM

If you're having trouble with an app, there are a few things you can do to try to resolve the issue.

Check for App Updates

Sometimes, there may be a problem with the app itself and not your device. If that's the case, the app developers may have released a new version to correct any issues.

Uninstall and Reinstall the App

Please note that uninstalling (deleting) an app may also delete any data associated with it.

Check for Device and Software Compatibility

  1. Access your device's app store and locate the app.
  2. Click the app icon and scroll to the information section to find the compatible device software required.
  3. For iPhone, it will be in the "Compatibility" section and, for Android, it will be in the "Requires Android" section.

Confirm that your device is compatible with the app.

Confirm the software version on your device or update it, as needed.

  • iPhone/iPad - Settings > General > Software Update
  • Android - Menu > Settings > About Phone > Software Information

Find the software version number or download an available update.

Contact the App Developer
