Viewing Usage and Call Details

To view the data usage and call details for users on your account, start by signing in to your online account.

Once signed in, look for the SEE ALL LINES button below your account balance. Click or tap this button for access to all of the users on your account. It may take a few moments to load this information for larger accounts.

At the top of the next page, you'll see a summary of the different plans and devices on your account.

Scrolling down, you'll find a list of all of the users on your account. The default setting is to list 10 users per page but you can change that number by clicking the drop-down arrow next to Show 10 Lines and selecting how many users you would like to see per page.

At this point, you have two options, you can:


Viewing Data Usage for all Users

Below the list of users you'll find a USAGE DETAILS button. Click this button to view the data usage details for all users on your account. This is a good way to get a quick view of how much data each person on your account is using. The information provided is for the current billing cycle.

Clicking the USAGE DETAILS button takes you to a summary page of your data usage details along with the date the last report was generated. To generate a new usage report, click the "Update" link.

If you have a lot of users on your account, it may take a few minutes to generate your usage report. If that's the case, you'll be notified by email when your report is ready to view.

By clicking the VIEW USAGE button of your summary, you'll see a list of the users on your account in descending order of their data usage.

Click the Show Details button for one of your users to see a daily graph of data usage. From this view, you'll have the option to suspend data usage for the remainder of this billing cycle. Please note that data usage automatically un-suspends at the beginning of the next billing cycle.

Viewing Data Usage and Call Details for an Individual User

You can search for an individual user by typing the name or mobile number in the provided search box. Matching entries will be filtered as you type. Choose the CLEAR SEARCH button to return to the unfiltered list of your users.

After locating a particular user, click the Show Details button next to the individual's information. The usage and call detail information are available on the next page.

View a user's data usage and call details

If the user has a data plan, clicking VIEW USAGE DETAILS, will show the amount of data that has been used for the current billing cycle. In the example below, this user is on a shared (or pooled) data plan and has used 1.57GB so far in this billing cycle. The account has 586.49GB of data to use for the billing cycle and has, so far, used 31.65GB.

You can also access a list of the user's calls for the billing cycle.
